1. Recruitment notification
Digital PDFs are read directly. Scanned PDFs and images use OCR; OCR may make mistakes, so detected values need review.
Detected requirements
Only explicit, detected values will be used. If a value is missing or ambiguous, this prototype will not invent it.
2. Upload application files
Choose multiple original photos/signatures and multiple PDF documents at once. Select multiple images and multiple PDF documents. You can add files in more than one selection. This version can resize/compress images when it detects clear size/dimension rules and combine selected images into an A4 PDF. It does not yet crop photos, remove/replace backgrounds, write DPI metadata, or compress uploaded PDFs. Files with unclear rules are kept unchanged rather than guessed.
Privacy and accuracy
Processing is designed to happen in your browser. OCR library/language data may load from a public CDN when needed. Requirements extracted from a notification can be misread; always compare the detected text with the official notice before submitting an application. This first version is a prototype and does not yet support every notification layout.
